Martinez, Rosario & Company, LLP (MRC) is a local, full service accounting firm, headquartered in San Antonio, TX, providing auditing, accounting, tax and management consulting services. Our success is attributable to our dedication to providing the highest professional service to each and every one of our clients.
MRC was formed in April of 2003 and is the successor firm to Martinez, Mendoza & Garcia, LLP, which was formed when the firms of Martinez, Mendoza & Company, P.C. and Hector E. Garcia, CPA merged. Martinez, Mendoza & Company, P.C. was formed in 1991.
The size of MRC permits us to provide a high level of professional competence to deal with complex problems in many areas, and it provides us with the ability to meet changing client needs. Our firm has achieved what we consider to be an outstanding record of growth in size and diversity of clients through the quality of services it renders clients.
MRC focuses its resources on understanding the unique challenges and issues facing the non-profit, governmental, and public sector industries. Since the early 1990s, we have aligned our people and trained them in the issues relevant to the industry. We keep them continuously abreast of the changing regulatory, accounting and auditing developments impacting the highly specialized and diverse industry through training programs, practice meetings and regular Firm communications.
